She was predeceased by: her uncles, Francis Reed and Dale Reed. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Reed Simon; her sister Teresa Simon of St. Marys; her niece Chalsea Ogden; her nephew Casey Ogden; her great-nieces, Cassandra, Emma, Kaylee, Casey, Ashlynn and Alyssa; her great-nephew Jace; and her father John Simon. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Elk County Humane Society or to the Penn Highlands Community Nurses.
