He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Brennen, and Edna Wolfel Brennen, Sr.; and his sister Nancy Mehalko. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Nussbaum; his sons, Michael Brennen (Sara) of State College, Russ Brennen (Erin) of Marlborough, MA and Paul Brennen of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Jake, Mackenzie, Sean and Danny; and his siblings, Donna Weed (Lynn) of Ohio, Gerald "Jerry" Brennen, Jr. (Ann) of St. Marys, David Brennen (Yeko) of Florida and Lew Brennen (Susan) of South Carolina.
