He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Potalivo and Josephine Potalivo (Pannunzio); and his brothers, Pat Potalivo and Frederick Potalivo. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Potalivo (Fletcher); his son Col. Christopher Potalivo; and his grandchildren, Kathleen, Elizabeth Potalivo, Shannon, Hayley O'Connor, Paige, Payton Potalivo, Sophia Potalivo, Rosemary Potalivo and Madeline Ruzak.
