He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Floravit. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Werneth Floravit; and his siblings, Linda, Dave Hoffman, Debbie Zuchowski, Allen Floravit (Karen) of St. Marys, Ronald Floravit (Darlene) of St. Marys, Eugene Floravit (Charlotte) of St. Marys and James "Jim" Floravit (Lynn) of St. Marys. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
