Brugger in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Brugger and Dora Brugger (Demuling); his wife Norann Brugger (Burke); and his brothers, John E. Brugger and Ralph M. Brugger.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Dotts (Brugger), David Brugger (Maria), Tom Brugger (Ximena) and Martha Patterson (John); and his grandchildren, Emily Thuma (Brian), Margaret Dotts, Joseph Austin Brugger, Clara Elizabeth Brugger, Calvin Eggert, Margo Brugger and Mackenzie Patterson. He is also survived by his children and family as a good father and role model, loving husband.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in Richard's name to St. Patrick Church, 130 East 4th St., Erie, PA 16507 or to the Alzheimer's Association of Erie, 1600 Peninsula Dr., Erie, PA 16505.
