He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kimberley J. Arvickson of Erie, PA and Scott E.; his children, Robert M. Belcher (Coral Burtner), Jean M. Brieck (Donald) of Pittsburgh, PA, Dolly Belcher of McKeesport, PA and James Belcher (Cindy) of Port Vue, PA; and his sisters, Judith Galley (Rick) of Port Vue, PA and Anne L. Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & in-laws.
