He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neubert and Mary Wendel Neubert; his brothers, William and Kenneth Neubert; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Neubert and Thomas Newman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Maureen Newman of St. Marys and Gerard "Gerry" Neubert (Rose Mary) of St. Marys; and his nieces and nephews, Tom, Suzy, Mark, Tim, Deb, Joe, Dan, Mike, Karen and Sharon.
