He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lanzel and Mary Schatz Lanzel; and his brothers, Hugh J. Lanzel and Raymond Lanzel. He is survived by: his spouse Loretta Assalone; his daughters, Barbara Sabo (Michael) of Greensburg, Brenda Lanzel (Edward Banes) of San Antonio, TX and Bonita Wingard (Daran) of Salix, PA; his grandchildren, Christian Sabo, Cassandra Agagliati, Evan Wingard and Jacob Wingard; and his sister Dorothy Lanzel of St. Marys.
