He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Winklbauer and Joan Healy Winklbauer; his wife Karen M. Ryan; and his brother John "Jeff" Winklbauer. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Ann Burkhart (Thomas) of Shavertown, PA, Lisa Hummel (Anthony) of Dover, DE and David Winklbauer (Patricia) of Evans, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Ryan Burke of Archbald, PA and Daniel Ryan (Meg) of Newbern, NC.
