She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Himes and Gladys Moore Himes; her husband Paul J. Nicklas; her daughter Lorraine Nicklas; and her siblings, Eugene Lauffenberger and Harriet Anderson.
She is survived by: her sons, David Nicklas (Evelyn) of Kersey and Jude Nicklas (Rebecca) of Cincinnati; and her sister Kay Cassagranda of Ft. Myers, FL.. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
