He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd McCoy and Grace Duffy McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lyons McCoy; his children, Kimberlee D. Powell (John) of Sykesville, Jay A. McCoy (Sara) of Scottsdale, AZ and Shawna R. Ritter (Michael) of St. Marys; and his grandchildren, Devin Powell, Andrew McCoy, Cody Ritter, Emily Ritter and Hannah Ritter.
