She was predeceased by: her husband William L. "Willie" Wehler; her daughter Marilyn Eckert; her grandson Jeff Eckert; her great grandchild Tyler Mancuso; her siblings, Howard Smith, Willis Smith, Doris Cheatle, Rita Schutz and Kathleen Johnston; her mother-in-law Amelia Wehler; and her sister-in-law Melie Wehler.
She is survived by: her children, Marian, Dennis Wehler (Mary Lou) of Kersey, Betsy Azzato (Joe) of Russell, Ed Wehler (Sharon) of St. Marys, Kathy Bloom (John) of Winchester, VA, Janet Reed (Mac) of St. Marys and Steve Wehler of St. Marys; her grandchildren, Lisa Mancuso, Billy Wehler, Tammi Eozzo, Debbie Defranco, Joe Azzato Jr., Amy Roberts, Mark Eckert, Chad Eckert, Dr Jill Eckert Stager, Jamie Eckert Schaut, Angela Regulski, Jessie Wehler, Billie Jo Newcamp, Mary Ann Larcade, Jack Bloom, Julie Keenan, Michelle Straub, Casey Smith, Stephanie Davis, Matthew and Maggie Wehler; and her sister Betty Cheatle of St. Marys. She is also survived by 42 great-grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Queen of the World Church, Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice or to the Benedictine Sisters of Erie.
