She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel McConnell and Herbert McConnell; her husband Charles W. Howard Jr.; her brothers, Ralph McConnell, Cecil "Jake" McConnell and George "Russell" McConnell; and her stepsons, Charles Howard and Robert Howard.
