He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice J. McIntosh and Margaret A. McIntosh; his wife Barbara; and his sister Margaret Ann Lockyear. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Bonasera (John) of Yardley, PA, Matthew McIntosh (Robin) of Westampton, NJ, Suzanne McIntosh (Kenzie Fabre) of Fairless Hills, PA and Maryann Semmens (Thomas) of Falls Twp; and his siblings, Daniel McIntosh (Miriam), Mary Jane Chipowsky (Michael) and Marilyn Ciocian (Richard Warren). He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, cousins, extended family members, countless friends, bandmates, and golf partners.
