He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wendel and Rose Parziale Wendel; and his siblings, Nancy Galmish and Stephen Wendel. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Snyder Wendel; his children, Bethany Zipf (Andy) of North Carolina, Travis Wendel (Leslie) of Indiana, PA, Michael Wendel of Ridgway, Jessica Bowley (Matt) of Baden, PA and Corey Wendel of Evans City, PA.; and his sister Caroline Bolden (Donald) of St. Marys. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
