She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Polaski and Ida Kriegish Polaski; her husband John J. Iorfida, Sr.; her children, Sandy Eckstrom and Kevin D. Iorfida; and her siblings, Ann Novosat and Don Polaski.
She is survived by: her children, Jolene Braun of St. Marys, John J. Iorfida, Jr. of St. Marys and Michael J. Iorfida (Tanya) of St. Marys; her grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor Eckstrom, Zachary, Jordan Iorfida, Jared, Dillon, Raechel Braun and Jenna Iorfida; her great grandchildren, Landon Skok, Lennon Eckstrom and Reid Eckstrom; her son-in-law David "Willie" Eckstrom of Ludlow; and her brothers, David Polaski (Jean) of St. Marys, Michael Polaski (Annie) of Johnsonburg and Jake Polaski of Johnsonburg.
