She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shadd and Esther Schneider Shadd; her spouse Lynn E. Denio; her sons, Dan and Karl Denio; her grandsons, Matthew and Jesse Denio; and her siblings, Eileen Garner, Nancy Wykoff, Wilma Caskey, Harold, David and Kenneth Shadd.

She is survived by: her children, Ginny Nissel (Jim) of Kersey, Barbara Makufka (William) of St. Marys, Tom Denio (Denise) of Mechanicsburg, Frank Denio (Margaret) of St. Marys and Steve Denio (Mary Beth) of Kersey; and her sister-in-law Toy Shadd. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and by 12 great-grandchildren.
