He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy C. Tillman and Erma A. Hopsecger Tillman; and his brother Lawrence H. Tillman. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Chiota Tillman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
