He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie L. Lewis, Sr. and Jane Hall Lewis; his siblings, Hallie L. Lewis Jr. and Sandra E. Schill; and his stepmother Ruth Sterling Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Tucker Lewis; his children, Travis Lewis, Derrick Lewis, Daphne Morris (Harold) of St. Marys and Melody Lewis of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Jermaine, Jeremy, Willy, Linda, Ethan and Body; his sister Katherine H. Tucker of Johnsonburg; and his friend Alfred Lamb. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
