He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Donachy; and his grandparents, Fred, Rosella Wehler, Gerald and Marjorie Donachy.
He is survived by: his mother JudyAnn Wehler Donachy; his children, Amy Leuschel (George) of St. Marys, Jessica Donachy of St. Marys and Tyler Donachy of Kersey; and his siblings, LoriAnn Colson (Scott) of Johnsonburg, Colette Mosier (Andrew) of Kersey, Jennifer Donachy (Frank Samick) of St. Marys and Joseph Donachy (Sara) of St. Marys. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
