He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Geci and Yolanda "Viola" Salvatore Geci; and his siblings, Patricia Wittman, Patricia Jean Geci and Lucian Geci.

He is survived by: his wife Mary McNally Geci; his children, Karla (Roberto Castiglioni) of London, England, Grace (Brian Corbally) of Harrisburg and Edward Geci of Chandler, AZ; his grandchildren, Leonardo, Cora, Claire, Connor and Lucille; and his siblings, Florence Wolfe (David) of St. Marys, Rita Wiesner (Thomas) of St. Marys, Donald Geci (Char) of St. Marys, Herman Geci (Jackie) of North Carolina, Raymond Geci of Kersey, Richard Geci (Cindy) of St. Marys, David Geci (Annette) of St. Marys, Daniel Geci (Christy) of Kersey and James Geci (Barb) of St. Marys. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
