Shippling (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), born in Kane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mitchell and Genevieve Yeager Nelson Mitchell; her husband Myles W. Shippling; her son Brian Shippling; her sister Patricia Nelson Polvino; and her stepfather Thomas Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Cannon (Michael) of St. Marys and Aaron Shippling (Justine Salvaggio) of Elizabethtown, PA; her daughter-in-law Ruthie Shippling of Cherryville, NC; her grandchildren, A. J. and Zachary Shippling; her sisters, Victoria (Pontzer) and Ehrhardt (George) of Lancaster; and her stepsiblings, Elyse Long of St. Marys and Tom Mitchell of St. Marys. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
