He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Anzinger and Florentina Foster Anzinger; and his siblings, Jane Shine, Rita Miller, Agatha Wilson, Colette Westover, Theresea Bonfardine, Martha Kennedy, Celine Lundy, Herman, John, William and Quintin Anzinger.

He is survived by: his wife Rita I. Gralak; his children, Cathy M. Watkins (Bernie) of Myersville, MD and John W. Anzinger (Teresa) of Myersville, MD; and his granddaughter Amber Watkins.
