Hlavin (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hlavin and Irene Hlavin. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his daughters, Suzie, Lulu and Jacque.
