He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Goetz and Mary Hasselman Goetz; his great grandchild Kaylee Hostetlar; his siblings, Theodore Goetz and Rita Kubaski; his uncle Clarence Goetz; and his aunt Martha Goetz.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Portzer Goetz; his daughters, Denise "Dee" Danner (Rick) of Emporium, Tama Foster (Joe) of St. Marys and Lynnette "Lynn" Reuscher (Marty) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Joe, Alec and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Bently and Kaden; and his sister Grace Cocoran. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
