He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wortman and Josephine Swack Wortman; his spouse Meda F. McFarlin; his children, Constance Cashdollar and Robert Randolph Wortman; and his siblings, Caroline Doran, Alice Wortman, Florence Wortman, Mary Wortman, Andrew and Harry Wortman.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Rosenbaum (Rick) of Knoxville, TN and Joseph S. Wortman (Sue) of Kersey; and his sisters, Leona Fritz of St. Marys and Irene "DeDe" Straub (Herb) of St. Marys. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
