He is survived by: his children, John Stevens, Jr. (Elisie) of St. Mary, Debra Youmans (Philip) of Montrose, PA and John Miller (Laurie) of Cortland; his son-in-law Leonard Moore (Tammy) of Homer; and his grandchildren, Connie Stevens (Tim) of Cortland, Leonard Moore, Jr. (Elicia Fuller) of Marathon and Kerrie Moore of Enfield.
