It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Dick of Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Seibert Dick and Martha Harrison Dick; his stepson Mark Overturf; and his siblings, Bill Dick, Dolores Runk, Cecil Kellogg and Jean Dick.
He is survived by: his wife Donnell Sidelinger Overturf; his children, Denise Heldman (Steve) of Charleston, SC, Valerie Schatz (David) of Bath, PA, Joseph Dick (Karen) of St. Marys, David Dick (Karen) of Newport, VA and Amy Klaiber (Scott) of Weedville; his grandchildren, Nichole, Elizabeth, Derek, Christopher, Austin, Caleb, Mya, Jared and Mark; his stepson JD Overturf (Suzanne) of Grant; his stepgrandchildren, Caitlyn, Jessica, James, Dakota, Tony, Daniel and Michael; and his sister Janet Gates of Helena, MT. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
