He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Mattivi and Rita Catalone Mattivi; his brother Mark Mattivi; and his brother-in-law Tracy Benson. He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Szymanski of Kersey; his stepdaughters, Heather VanAlstine (Drew) and Megan Szymanski (Sean Dawson); his stepgrandchildren, Mackenzie, Taylor and Chase; and his siblings, Cynthia Benson of Daguscahonda, Jennifer Wolfel (Kevin) of St. Marys, Timothy Mattivi (Diane) of St. Marys and James Mattivi of Kersey.
