It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne E. Garbic (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Schloder and Jane Schloder (Fox); her son Peter James; her husband Peter Gary; her brother James Schloder Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Peter John and Ann Garbic (Burdick).
She is survived by: her son Jason (Veronica); her grandchildren, Jonathan and Katherine; her siblings-in-law, William and Justine McCafferty; her aunt Helene Burdick; and her niece Miriam McCafferty. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
