She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hoffman and Sara Mohr Hoffman; her husband Robert L. Shuttleworth; her siblings, James Hoffman, Alberta Hoffman, Loretta Detsch and Mary Ann Bobenreith; and her son-in-law Gary Cheatle.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Wendel of St. Marys, Christine Cheatle of St. Marys, Thomas Shuttleworth (Diane) of St. Marys and David Shuttleworth (Debbie) of St. Marys. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 8 step great grandchildren.
