He is survived by: his wife Ann Balsiger Hackett; his children, Cindy Mattivi Saluga (Ron) of State College, James Hackett (Michele) of Tucson, AZ and Dr. Kevin Hackett (Mary Beth) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Kelly Mercardo (Richard), Jimmy Hackett (Sarah), Patrick Hackett, Alexa Mattivi, Maddie Mattivi, Kevin Hackett, Jr., Christopher Hackett and Ryan Hackett; his great grandchild Vincent Mercardo; and his niece Pauline Carson of Oakmont.
