Ivan A. Wehler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan A. Wehler (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jost Wehler and Anna Caskey Wehler; his wife Dorothy McAllister; his son Ivan Wehler, Jr.; his son-in-law Jerome Schaut; his grandsons, Matthew Schaut, Allan Schaut and Bobby Wurm; and his siblings, James Wehler, Luke Wehler, Grace Wurm, Irma Schatz and Verna Pelleschi.
He is survived by: his children, MaryLee Struble (David) of St. Marys, Karen Lapp (Jeff) of Mill Hall, Dora Cunningham (Dan) of St. Marys, Sandy Schreiber (Roger) of Jeanette, Pat Wehler (Georgia) of St. Marys, Dawn Erhard (Roy) of St. Marys and Sherri Pistner (Doug) of St. Marys; and his sisters, Velma O'Dell of St. Marys and Corda Gray of Weedville. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 31 great-great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of the World Church (134 Queens Rd, St Marys, PA 15857).
