He was predeceased by: his parents, John Breindel and Loretta Fritz Breindel; his siblings, Eileen DePrater, Grace Meyer, Ethel Melillo, Alice "Chip" Caruso, Henry, Ivan "Tarzan" and Walter "Popeye" Breindel; his siblings-in-law, Helen Breindel, Harold Meyer, Andrew DePrater, Thomas Foster and John Melillo; and his niece Michelle Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Dale Arlette Johnson; his children, Kimberly Hartle (Michael) of Indiana, PA, Colleen Bowes (Aaron) of Kersey and Eric Breindel (Kristine Fosnot) of Ridgway; his grandchildren, Nathan, Noel, Faith Hartle, Shawn, Bridgette Breindel, Madeline and Samuel Bowes; his great grandchildren, Oakley Grace and Ashton Zayn; and his siblings, Carol Foster of St. Marys, George Breindel (Nancy) of The Villages, FL, Raymond Breindel (Sally) of Akron, OH, Robert "Butch" Breindel (Margaret) of St. Marys and Blaine Breindel (Sally) of St. Marys. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
