He is survived by: his children, Chris Ortiz of Latham, NY, Lorraine Garbic of St. Marys and Anthony M. Defranco of St. Marys; and his daughter-in-law Cherre Defranco. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
