He is survived by: his parent Frances Geyer Samick; his spouse Lucille M. Wagner; his children, Christine Lilja of Brockway, Jean Krug (Donald) of St. Marys and John M. Samick (Barbara) of St. Marys; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline Manno, Jeffrey Lilja, Jason Krug, Adam Krug and Michael Samick.
