She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin G. Wortman and Mary Ann Goetz Wortman; her husband Raymond A. Azzato of Weedville; her children, Lia Anne Carter Luciani and Paul Christopher Azzato; and her siblings, Alice Marie Magistrelli, Mary Jane "Nookie" Salter, Ivan Wortman, Raymond Wortman, Regis "Wheatie" Wortman and Leo "Lee" Wortman.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Azzato (Lori) of Erie, Maria Aaron of Emporium, David Azzato (Pamela) of Harrisburg and Randy Azzato (Erin) of Cape Cod, MA; and her sisters, Rita Zamboldi of Linden, MI and Louise Meier of Larkspur, CO.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
