She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Merritt and Ada Ruth Merritt; her husband Gerald Carr, Sr.; her son Gerald Carr, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Merritt, Art Merritt, Frank Merritt and Martha Chmielewski.
She is survived by: her children, David Carr of Kersey and Jeanne Sheetz (Don) of Kersey; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sheetz (Donald), Bernard Carr (Donna) and Melissa O'Donnell; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Hannah, Lee, Olivia and Gavin; and her siblings, Bernice Coleson of Ridgway, Edna Cribbs of Ridgway, Nancy Trumbull of Ridgway, Dan Merritt of Kersey and Harry Merritt (Kitty) of Kersey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
