She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis W. Kalinowski and Mary V. Szewczyk Kalinowski Johnson; her former husband Ensign Stanley B. Kobielski, Jr.; her husband Harry L. Dombrowski; and her sister Helene Chervenka.
She is survived by: her godchildren, Gayle Meyer, Tina Piotrowicz and Larry Szewczyk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
