He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Wittman and Ethel Woods Wittman. He is survived by: his wife Sallie A. Fox; his daughters, Wendy Wittman of Pearland, TX and Amy Broome (Barry) of Fayetteville, AR; his granddaughter Hallie Broome; and his siblings, Barbara Werner of St. Marys, John Wittman of St. Marys and Michael Wittman (Marcie) of Centre Hall.
