She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tesik and Regina Tesik (Bosek); her former husband Edward Zelasko; her husband Edward Biely; and her siblings, Joseph, Vincent Tesik and Eleanor Carbone.
She is survived by: her children, Diane M. Stanley (Hudson) and Edward J. Zelasko Jr.; her grandchildren, Brianna Stanley Kowalchik (Robert), Chelsy Zelasko and Mitchell Zelasko (Haylie); and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Carson Kowalchik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
