She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" Skok and Dorothy Baumgratz Skok; her husband James Kosick; and her nephew Todd Annis. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Annis (Ted) of St. Marys and Howard Skok of Weedville; her sister-in-law Lee Briggs; her nieces and nephews, Shay Annis (Amanda), Amanda Annis, Matthew Annis (Natasha), Nicholas Skok (Jordan), Alicia Skok (Tyler), Katie Charles, David Briggs and Kerrie Neil; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaiah, Tyler, Noah, Mayson, Kalyssa and RJ.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Elk County Humane Society or to the Ridgway Animal Haven.
