He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Fleming and Genevieve Hanes Fleming; and his siblings, Rosemary Dixon, Patrick, Thomas and Richard Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hoehn; his siblings-in-law, Doris Pasquinelli of St. Marys and Jerome Hoehn of Trafford, PA; his caregiver Stephanie Hetrick; and his siblings, Amy (Joel), Julie (Kiel), Emily (Jason), Brian (Cathy) and Donny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
