He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sain and Magdalene Detsch Sain; his daughter Lisa Jennings; and his siblings, Jerome Sain, Jack Sain and Helen Young.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Dowie; his children, Diane Marzula (John) of Wexford, Douglas Sain (Leanne) of Jefferson Hills, Paula Canterino (Joseph) of Seagirt, NJ, Deborah Sain of Buffalo, NY, Robert Campana (Martha) of Pittsburgh, Jackie Means (Walker) of Edinboro and Jerome Sain (Dawn) of Cranberry; and his siblings, Dorothy Sain of St. Marys, Mary Ann Schiafone (Cosmo) of Johnsonburg, Joseph Sain (Carol) of Matamoras and Alvin Sain (Sharon) of Champion. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
