He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mahovlich and Rose Anne Wolfe Mahovlich; his wife Susan A. "Susie" Smith; and his brothers, David Mahovlich and Ronald Mahovlich.
He is survived by: his children, Brandon Mahovlich (Karen) of St. Marys and Jenna Mahovlich (Justin Hinz) of St. Marys; his stepdaughter Nicole Merat (James) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Kyndra, Ethan and Damian; and his sister Renee Mourer (Scott) of St. Marys. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Crystal Fire Department, Elkland Search and Rescue, or to the St. Marys Police Department.
