He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Stub" and Bertha Tyler Fritz; his brothers, Donald, Ronald and Arthur "Boots"; his sister-in-law Arthalinda Fritz; his sister Doris; and his brother-in-law Charles Tahara.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dodrill Fritz; his children, Daniel H. Fritz (Rhonda) and Julia Smith (Jeff) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Jeanette Cowan (Nick) of Waldorf, Jeana Marquez (Hector) of Bradford, Shelby Eozzo of St. Marys, Tristan Fritz of St. Marys and Rachelle Fritz of St. Marys; and his great grandchildren, Emery Cowan, Paisley Marquez and William Marquez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
