With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W. Herzing (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank X. Herzing and Louise Brown Herzing; and his brother James Herzing. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Haberberger; his children, David Herzing, Jr. of Concord, Shelley Herzing (Carly) of Richmond, Melissa Herzing of Scranton and Peter Herzing (Khrista) of Disputanta, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alex Herzing, Marlies Young (Michael), Jacob Herzing (Bethany), Wyatt Herzing, Rion Starkweather, Kyla, Zeke and Mazie Herzing; his great grandchild Gemma Young; his siblings, Margaret Ruckman of Fredonia, Sally Caskey of St. Marys, Marie Kresge (Ronald) of Columbus, Ohio and Frank Herzing (Helen) of St. Marys; and his sister-in-law Donna Herzing of St. Marys. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
