He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Farley and Veronica Knight Farley. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly A. Saline; his children, Stacey Maher (Thomas) of Marble, PA, Shelly Stebbins (Ryan) of St. Marys, David R. Farley, Jr. (Jean) of St. Marys and John C. Farley of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Abby Cooney, Nichole Farley, Hope Farley and Mackenzie Maher; and his siblings, Donna Tucker of Kersey, Craig Farley of St. Marys and Dale Farley of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
