He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hoy and Esther Straub Hoy; his wife Helen Hinchliffe; and his siblings, Donal Hoy, Harold Hoy and June Geiger.
He is survived by: his children, Betsy Healy (John) of St. Marys and Jeffrey Hoy (Tracy) of New Wilmington; his grandchildren, Sean Healy (Bridget) of Pittsburgh, Diana Caiazza (Brian) of New Wilmington, David Hoy of Grove City and Katherine Marquardt (Steve) of Hopewell Junction, NY.; his great grandchildren, Meghan Healy, Tully, Brian Caiazza, Julian and Sylvan Marquardt; and his nieces, Joyce Arnold (Bob) and Kathy Herzing (Jim).
Memorial Contributions may be made to the St. Marys American Legion, St. Marys Historical Society, Holy Rosary Church in Johnsonburg, or to St. Marys Church.
