He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Jacob; his siblings, Vincent Jacob, Dorothy Lecker and Vivian Howells; and his daughter-in-law Eileen Jacobs.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Jacob (Mary Jo) of St. Marys and Ronald Jacob of Littleton, CO.; his grandchildren, Paul Jacob (Megan) of Germantown, TN, Jason Jacob (Diana Myers), Jude Jacob of St. Marys and Angela Jacob of St. Marys; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Anna Marie Jacob.
Memorial donations in Mr. Jacob's memory can be made to the Elk-Clearfield County Big Brothers and Big Sisters, or the St Jude's Children's Research Hospital or The American Heart Association.
